My biggest issue is the cross-division rivalries.

The VT-BC cross division rivalry doesn't make any sense. Don't think there is enough there to warrant a game every season. Neither does the Louisville-UVa rivalry.

Instead, just let a team play 2 cross-division opponents every year and rotate the teams. Would mean VT would face Clemson, FSU, NC State, Louisville, Syracuse and Wake more often.
